Houston History Timeline
The display consists of four cloth banners that make up a large timeline of Houston’s history beginning with the founding of the city by the Allen brothers and ending with NASA landing a man on the moon. The timeline is largely image-based and is featured on a background which is a letter signed by Sam Houston. For exhibition details, requirements, and rental fees, contact Alison Bell at 713-655- 1912.
The Heritage Society is funded in part by a grant from the City of Houston through Houston Arts Alliance.
