1823 Old Place Keychain - The Heritage Society
Embrace your pioneer spirit with this historic house Old Place keychain. The 1823 Old Place is an example of early Texas frontier architecture. Constructed of roughly hewn cedar logs and mortise and tenon jointure, the original one-room building was encapsulated inside larger additions in later years. It was moved from the bank of Clear Creek to Sam Houston Park in 1973 and restored. You can see it on Allen Parkway outbound from Downtown nestled in the majestic oak trees. Great for those extra set of house keys for your guests.
Measures approximately 2.5”x1.5”.
Keychains are made from 3/16" thick American grown wood and assembled by hand with .5" and 1" nickel plated steel split rings. The front of the keychain has a light clearcoat finish and the back is unfinished wood.
Made in the USA.
