Indian Paintbrush Earrings
Indian Paintbrush Earrings
Castilleja coccinea, often called Indian Paintbrush, is especially common in the western United States. The showy red bracts nearly hide the small greenish flowers. The flowers are edible, and were consumed in moderation by various Native American tribes as a condiment with other fresh greens. These red floral rectangular dangle earrings encased with a silver frame will draw attention.
