The Heritage Society at Sam Houston Park and Mister McKinney of Mister McKinney’s Historic Houston celebrates Houston’s 186th Birthday on Saturday, August 27, 2022 with free activities from 3 PM to 6 PM. Mayor Sylvester Turner will be by to cut the cake around 4:30 PM.

In the morning and early afternoon, we are offering private tours of 3 houses with cupcakes, wine spritzers, and other beverages. Book tickets at 10 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:00 PM, and 2:30 PM. Click HERE to purchase tickets online.

From 3 PM - 6 PM, we also have a book-signing event for Oldest Houston! Books are available for sale.
