Throughout the years, people have reported sightings that give us the chills.  These sightings happened during broad daylight.  We directly verified the most recent sighting report directly with the construction worker who told all of his coworkers what he saw.  Hearing him seriously sharing what he saw, made our eyes pop and our jaws drop.
