Admission $1 for tour of Yates House and 4th Ward Cottage

Plan to visit The Heritage Society on Emancipation Day, Wednesday, June 19 between 10 am to 2 pm as we offer $1 tours of the Jack Yates House and the Fourth Ward Cottage. Tour docents will explain what these homes represent in the history of Houston. We will be offering refreshments in the Bandstand.
